Meet Peggy -- Fieldcare Supervisor

Hello, my name is Peggy, and I’m proud to serve as a Field Care Supervisor at Ella’s Home Care. I’ve been part of the team for some time now, and I can truly say that I find this work deeply fulfilling. Supporting people in their own homes and helping to maintain their independence is something I’m genuinely passionate about.

In my role, I spend much of my time in the field—visiting clients, overseeing care delivery, and supporting our dedicated team of carers. I ensure that care plans are being followed appropriately, assist new staff as they settle in, and act as a consistent point of contact for both our clients and our care team.

What sets this role apart for me is the opportunity to build real relationships—with clients and carers alike. I take the time to understand each client’s routine, preferences, and personal history. It’s often the small, thoughtful touches that make the biggest difference to someone’s wellbeing, and I strive to make sure those aren’t missed.

Supporting our carers is equally important to me. They do exceptional work, and I’m here to offer guidance, resolve concerns, and ensure they feel confident and supported in their roles. At Ella’s, we believe in looking after one another, and that starts with a strong, united team.

Luli brings many years of experience in the care sector and a strong passion for making a difference. He has held senior roles with large care providers, where he developed his expertise in operational management and service delivery. Now part of the Ella’s Homecare team, Luli enjoys being in a more personal, values-driven environment where he can truly focus on quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients and staff.
